There is no minimum order.
We gladly accept all major credit cards, Purchase Orders (city, state, county and federal entities are pre-approved; private companies may require a credit application) and business checks.
Shipping is by FedEx ground unless otherwise specified.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories and possessions are typically by US mail.
The carrier for shipments to locations outside the US varies.
California customers, sales tax will be included unless sales tax exemption information is provided. (Federal facilities are exempt).
We guarantee all our quilted products for five years.
We will repair or replace damaged items at no cost to the customer, with the following exceptions:
- Damage with the use of a tool of some sort, including dental bridges and sharply filed teeth
- Damage due to washing temperatures above 180 degrees F wash, or drying 225 F.
- Damage of an item by an individual who has previously damaged another of our products
- Non-compliance with NCCHC standards for suicide prevention
- Use other than for their intended purpose: clothing and bedding for inmates on suicide precautions.
